The Shooting Show – roe calling with the experts and simulated game

Director Pete Carr is the first man in the hot seat, taking one of the most popular handheld roe calls on the market – the Buttolo – and showing you how to get the most out of it. We then hand over to stalking guide David Virtue, who has the Buttolo in hand when out with a client in this year’s rut. Hear the foremost expertise on calling the bucks – then see it put into practice.

Meanwhile, Byron Pace and buddy Edan Annand head to the Forrest Estates in south-west Scotland for a shoot with a difference: the game is simulated and the pigeons are made of clay. Forrest’s Andrew Case sets up a challenging simulated game layout to test Edan’s shooting skills, and shows how clay shooting can be put to good use as the ideal preparation for the game season.
