It’s the first day of the red stag season in Scotland, and to mark the occasion we bring you a stag stalk we filmed north of the border last year. Normally situated behind the Shooting Show camera, Stuart Wilson steps out into the hot seat, in pursuit of a few stags marked for the cull on some land he manages in the south-west of Scotland. Conditions and terrain are never easy here – let’s see if Stuart’s as handy with a rifle as he is with a camera…
