The Shooting Show — Goose shooting and Kimber 84M Montana review

We’re goose shooting both sides of the border in this week’s show, with an unsuccessful early morning trip in Scotland followed up by a bountiful visit south of the border, under the watchful eye of DV Sporting’s David Virtue.

Elsewhere, Byron Pace reviews the Kimber 84M Montana in .243 calibre, the lightest factory rifle in the world. This featherweight gun has a heavyweight’s punch and Byron, despite battling blizzards to test it, soon gets the urge to open up his wallet. The American-made rifle, distributed in the UK by Riflecraft, looks set to make it into Byron’s armoury following this in-depth review.
